They spent 25 years building a good name in Galanta. One bouquet sold through a middleman was enough to realize they needed their own sales channel: a website with an e-shop and their own delivery.

The client: 25 years of flowers in Galanta and a flower vending machine at the door
Kvetinárstvo Elizabeth has been running in Galanta, Slovakia for over 25 years. In 2025 the owner decided to invest in a flower vending machine right in front of the shop: it sells fresh flowers 24 hours a day and pays off most during holidays, when the shop is closed.
With modern technology at the door came a realization: the vending machine needs promotion and people have to be able to find it. But the florist had no website. No page of their own, no place a customer would find when searching for flowers in Galanta.

The problem: a middleman selling under their name and ruining it
For years, bouquet delivery orders came through an intermediary delivery service. The model looks harmless: the middleman sells a bouquet to the end customer, sends the florist an order at an agreed price and keeps the difference. The florist never knows what the customer actually paid.
Then this happened: a customer ordered a bouquet for a loved one through the middleman, paying over 100 euros. The florist received the order at roughly 30 euros - and honestly made and delivered exactly that bouquet. The recipient was shocked at how small the bouquet was for that kind of money. And they weren't angry at the middleman, whose name appeared nowhere. They were angry at the florist, whose name was on the bouquet.
By coincidence, it was the owner's distant family - otherwise she might never have learned about the damage to her name. That's when the decision was made: enough. We won't let anyone ruin our name for someone else's margin. And we'll solve two problems at once: our own website and our own delivery.

Together with the vending machine, the florist has, for the first time in 25 years, a sales channel that works 24/7: in the shop, at the machine and online.
