Service

E-commerce integrations, monitoring and pricing

We build e-commerce integrations for Shopify, Shoptet and other systems. We connect e-shops with warehouses, invoicing, couriers, e-mailing tools, customer systems and external APIs. We also help monitor competitor prices and assortment.

An e-shop is often not a single system. It is a combination of a platform, warehouse, invoicing, couriers, marketing tools, customer support, suppliers, feeds and data.

Ready-made connectors are not always enough. Sometimes a specific feature is missing, sometimes data needs to be adjusted, custom logic added, or systems connected that do not natively talk to each other.

Brand360 builds integrations and automations for e-shops that need more than standard add-ons.

In practice

Use cases

Shoptet order status automation

An e-shop needs to change order statuses based on rules that Shoptet does not support natively. Brand360 builds a script or integration that watches orders and automatically changes their status according to defined conditions.

Automated removal of a product promotion

A product is on sale but is only left in the supplier's feed warehouse. The e-shop does not want such a product to keep selling on sale. Brand360 builds a process that automatically evaluates stock and, according to the rules, cancels or adjusts the promotion.

Competitor price tracking

An e-shop wants to know how competitor prices change for specific products. Brand360 sets up price monitoring, data processing and alerts, so the client sees important changes without manual checking.

Dynamic pricing

Based on competitor prices, margin, stock or the client's rules, a product price is automatically proposed or adjusted.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Isn't a ready-made add-on from the marketplace enough?

Often it is, and in that case we'll recommend it; it's cheaper and faster. We build a custom integration only when an add-on doesn't cover your logic or the systems you need to connect.

Do your integrations work on Shoptet too?

Yes. Shoptet and Shopify are our daily work: APIs, add-ons, order statuses, feeds, warehouses, invoicing and couriers. We can also handle a combination of several systems at once.

How does competitor price tracking work?

We regularly collect publicly available competitor prices and product availability, process the data and send you alerts or repricing suggestions based on rules you define.

Won't the integrations slow down our e-shop?

No. The integrations run outside the e-shop on their own infrastructure and talk to the store through APIs. Customers won't notice a thing.
