Service
Automation and digital transformation
We help companies digitalize and automate processes that today cost time, money and people's attention. We design a solution that connects existing tools, processes data and automatically performs repetitive tasks.
Automation is not about using more tools. It is about making the tools work together so people no longer have to do repetitive work by hand.
At Brand360 we analyze how processes run in your company today, where delays, duplicities or errors arise, and then design tailored digital solutions. It can be a simple automation of a single task, but also a more complex system that connects multiple tools, APIs, databases, e-mails, notifications and internal workflows.

Use cases
Automated notifications
A company needs an alert whenever a specific event occurs: an order arrives, a product status changes, a new lead comes in, an import fails, a competitor price changes or an error appears in the system. Brand360 builds an automation that captures the event, processes it and sends a notification, for example to e-mail, Telegram or another tool.
Automated order processing
An order comes in from the e-shop. The system checks the data, fills in the required information and sends the data to the warehouse, invoicing system and courier service. No one has to copy data manually between systems.
Automated reporting
A company needs to regularly see the performance of sales, ads, products or processes. Brand360 builds automated reporting that collects data from multiple sources and prepares it in a readable form.

FAQ
Frequently asked questions
How do we find out whether automation pays off for us?
We calculate it. During the analysis we quantify how much time and money the process costs you today and how much the automation will save. If the investment doesn't pay back, we tell you straight and won't recommend the solution.
Do we have to replace the tools we already use?
No. We build automations on top of your existing tools and connect them. We only recommend a new tool when the current one objectively isn't enough.
What if the automation breaks?
Every solution has logging, error handling and notifications. When something fails, both we and you find out, not your customer. After deployment we monitor the solution and keep developing it.
Who owns the resulting solution?
You do. The code, the access and the documentation are yours, and you can develop it with us, your own team or another partner. That's our Ownership Matters principle.
Have a similar problem?
Tell us about your process or project and we will propose a concrete solution.
